A memorial service will be held this Friday, November 30th at noon at St. Raphael's Catholic Church in Rockville, MD. We will celebrate her life and spirit together through music and community. Thank you for your love and support of my mom throughout her journey.

I just learned of your mother's loss and wanted to send my sympathy to you both and the extended family. My mom, Margaret Johnson, sang in the choir at St. Luke with your mother and was a fellow cancer patient as well. Your mom sang at my mother's service in September 2017. I know this was not an insignificant effort for your mom and I so appreciated her doing that. We would sometimes see your mom at the IV center when my mother was there and I so enjoyed her personality and spirit! She was a wonderful person and will live on in memories! I was browsing through some of the links on this blog and watched the lovely 65th birthday video - it was so nice and what a special and emotional moment for me when I saw my mom standing there with other beloved St. Luke choir members singing happy birthday! Such a nice surprise for me to see that!
